Luoyang
, capital of nine dynasties ,reached its peak during the Tang and
Song period and was called Shendu ( holy capital ) in the Wuzhou
Dynasty , where scholars , intellectuals , politicians , and businessmen
gathered . Thus , came the name of Shendu Building.
Shendu Building , located east of the overpass
on the Jiudu Street in Luoyang City , is funded by the Audit Bureau
of Luoyang City . It is a three-star foreign-related hotel with
advanced facilities , which combines the functions of audit training
and tour reception.
Shendu Building is well equipped and managed
